About the role:
As our Student Care (Education Consultant), you will play a crucial role in providing support and managing our Center’s general day-to-day sales and operations activities. You will engage with students and parents, addressing inquiries, providing guidance on our programs, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google workspace
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer facing capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Willingness to work on-site in BSD area.
