JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and maintaining good relationships with all parties, both prospective customers/students and the general public by telephone, face-to-face meetings, email, follow up and other applicable ways.
- Acting as a student advisor and sales advisor.
- Providing quality explanation of the programs in Koding Next with the target to convert customers into prospective students
- Visiting the school to deal with prospective students and providing business development solutions
- "Taking care of the needs of prospective students and clients from the start to the end of the course, including but not limited to introducing prospective students to existing programs, follow up for trial class appointments / class placements, making class schedules".
- Other sales-related tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in student advising, sales, or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence prospective students.
- Active listening skills to understand student concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with students and effectively manage a pipeline of prospective students.
- Motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
