Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and personalized education pathways to students and parents, including guidance on study visa processes.
- Assist students with university admissions, scholarship applications, career planning, and visa-related requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, education partners, and third-party organizations related to international education and visa services.
- Actively generate new leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments through consultations, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Conduct sales presentations and consultations to prospective students and parents.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Develop and implement business development initiatives to expand the company's market presence.
- Respond to online and offline client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct marketing activities through networking, school visits, exhibitions, seminars, and partnerships.
- Support and enhance social media marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on education trends, visa regulations, and international study opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Education Consulting, Student Recruitment, Migration Services, International Education, Visa Services, or a similar industry.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Experience handling student recruitment, education consulting, or study-abroad services is highly preferred.
- Strong business development and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent English proficiency (minimum IELTS 6.0 preferred) and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Mandarin proficiency will be considered an advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies, digital marketing, social media, and business development activities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the international education, migration, recruitment, or visa consulting industry.
- Comfortable with consultative selling and handling high-value client consultations.
- Strong closing skills and confidence in converting leads into enrollments.
- Ability to work in a KPI-driven and performance-based environment.
