Deskripsi pekerjaan
As our first Education & Training Coordinator, you will oversee and manage all Arcstone’s regional and global training programs. The core tasks include coordinating and scheduling of online or live training sessions, scheduling, training material management, and marketing outreach to new entities, grading and learners-processing together with our partners and educational agencies.
What will be your area of focus?
Content
- Support Arcstone team to prepare and collate content and material into deployable digital packages
- Work with Arcstone technical team to generate experience, case studies, etc. for the learners
- Work with in-house or outsourced team on translation of the material to be used globally
Coordination
- Work with our partners in various educational institutions, agencies, private training companies to execute these training events
- Update and customise training content as required to meet institute’s curriculum or schedules
- Coordinate Arcstone’s internal resources, ranging from the technical to the management team’s timing to fit with lectures/’train-the-trainers’ as when needed
Outreach
- Actively reach out to new and potential educational institutions throughout Asia and globally
- Arrange meetings to align and push Arcstone’s educational package to the targeted institutes, with internal technical and marketing support
What are the requirements of the job?
- 3+ years of experience in education/training industry, in the area of programme management
- Prior experience in project management, planning, coordinating and/or education preferred
- Excellent planning and coordination skills with an eye on structure and leveraging digital toolsets and systems
- Proven track record of being detail oriented and ensuring consistency in schedule and content management
- Excellent communication skills and able to reach out to new potential agencies to work together
- Team player with ‘a no ego’ and collaborative attitude
- Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a dynamic business landscape
- Self-motivated and driven to excel and deliver, even under pressure
- Strong international outlook and able to digitally reach out to people globally.
