Education & Student Recruitment Specialist
We are looking for an Education & Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with educational institutions in Indonesia, promoting online education programs offered by universities in Türkiye, and managing the application and enrollment processes of students from Indonesia.
Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain communication with universities, colleges, high schools, educational institutions, and education consultancy firms in Indonesia.
Visit educational institutions to conduct presentations, promotional activities, and partnership meetings.
Promote online education programs offered by universities in Türkiye to students and educational institutions in Indonesia.
Provide prospective students with accurate information about academic programs, admission requirements, application procedures, and enrollment processes.
Follow up with prospective students throughout the application process.
Monitor and support students until their enrollment is successfully completed.
Maintain regular communication with prospective and enrolled students.
Coordinate with relevant university departments when necessary.
Develop student referral and promotional partnerships with educational institutions in Indonesia.
Identify new educational institutions and student recruitment opportunities.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, school visits, presentations, and promotional events.
Record and regularly update prospective student and institution information in the CRM system.
Track student applications and enrollments through the CRM system.
Prepare weekly reports on institutional meetings, prospective students, applications, and enrollments.
Follow developments in the Indonesian education market and understand student needs.
Develop new promotional and communication strategies to increase student recruitment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, International Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in education, student counseling, sales, marketing, or business development.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with educational institutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with students and prospective students.
Strong presentation and promotional skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and results-driven approach.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to use CRM systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Strong reporting and data-tracking skills.
Willingness and ability to work in the field and visit educational institutions.
Willingness to travel when required.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work as part of a team.
Female candidates are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the Indonesian education sector.
Existing professional connections with universities, colleges, schools, or educational institutions.
Experience in education consultancy.
Experience in international student recruitment.
Experience promoting online or distance-learning programs.
Knowledge of student application and enrollment procedures.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Knowledge of Turkish is an advantage.
Familiarity with the Indonesian education system.
Performance Indicators

Number of educational institutions contacted.
Number of institutional meetings conducted.
Number of institutional partnerships developed.
Number of prospective students reached.
Number of student applications received.
Number of completed student enrollments.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a professional, communicative, and results-oriented female team member who enjoys building relationships, can communicate effectively with educational institutions, is confident in giving presentations, can guide prospective students, and can follow the entire process from initial contact through successful enrollment.
This position involves both fieldwork and visits to educational institutions as well as the office-based management and follow-up of student applications and enrollment processes.
