Are you passionate about online novels and dream of becoming a professional editor?

Great news! GoodNovel Indonesia is looking for future editorial talent to join our Internship Program and grow into full-time editors, with future career opportunities available in both Jakarta and Bali.

I. Program Overview

The GoodNovel Internship Program is a structured trial phase for individuals with strong potential to become full-time online novel editors.

Interns will take on real editorial responsibilities, gain hands-on experience, and be evaluated based on measurable performance.

Top-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into full-time editor roles and choose between continuing their career in Jakarta or joining our future Bali team.

II. Program Flow (Important)

● Interns will begin their journey with a 3-month onsite internship at our Jakarta office.

● Upon successful completion of the internship and performance evaluation, selected candidates will be offered a full-time editor position.

● Full-time hires may choose between:

○ Continuing their career in Jakarta, or

○ Joining the Bali pathway, where they will work remotely while preparing for the official launch of the Bali branch, before eventually transitioning to the Bali office.

III. Internship Details

● Duration: 3 months (with full-time conversion opportunity)

● Internship Location: Onsite – Kuningan, South Jakarta

● Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

● Compensation: Competitive internship allowance

IV. What You Will Gain

● Strong attention to detail in story structure and language

● Able to work under deadlines and accept feedback

● Motivated to build a long-term career in online publishing

● Willing to undergo a 3-month onsite internship in Jakarta

VI. Evaluation & Full-Time Opportunity

● Interns will be evaluated based on performance, consistency, and professionalism.

● High-performing interns will be prioritized for full-time editor positions.

● Selected candidates may choose between the Jakarta career pathway or the future Bali pathway.
