Key Responsibilities:
* Edit and produce high-quality video content for the Company’s branding, marketing, social media, promotional, and operational needs.
* Create engaging video content for various digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and other social media platforms.
* Coordinate with the marketing, creative, operational, and management teams in developing video concepts and creative content strategies.
* Perform video editing processes, including cutting, color correction, audio editing, subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and final rendering.
* Ensure all video content aligns with the Company’s visual identity, branding guidelines, and quality standards.
* Organize and manage footage, audio, project files, and video assets in a structured and professional manner.
* Revise and adjust video content based on feedback and direction from management and related teams.
* Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, social media, and digital content development.
* Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting assigned timelines and deadlines.
* Assist with basic content shooting, event documentation, and production activities when required.
* Ensure all final video outputs are delivered in the required format, quality, and timeline.
* Maintain confidentiality of all Company materials, projects, and internal information.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in video editing, multimedia, content creation, or related fields.
* Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.
* Strong understanding of video editing techniques, storytelling, color grading, audio synchronization, visual composition, and digital content aesthetics.
* Experience in producing content for social media, branding, hospitality, villas, property, lifestyle, or commercial content will be considered an advantage.
* Highly creative with the ability to produce engaging and high-quality content.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
* Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an organized manner.
* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
* Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
* Additional skills in photography, videography, motion graphics, or animation will be considered an advantage.
KPI Measurement:
Performance will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
* Quality and creativity of video content produced.
* Timely completion of projects in accordance with assigned timelines.
