Job Description:
- Plan & create sales promotional for boosting sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Host live, RM Market Place, and team members.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Sales Oriented
- Managing all end-to-end e-commerce sales and marketing
- Working together with marketing & operational team to manage all the working process
- Maximising online sales from brand and marketplaces
- Working closely with online merchandising team to make sure about product selection and stocks
Job Requirement:
- Have minimum 1-2 years working experience in handle Ecommerce platform (Shopee, Tiktok, Tokopedia)
- Data driven decision type of person
- Gather insight and give the best recomendation for sales, marketing & merchandising to boost sales
- Knowledge in retail industry is a plus
- Willing to be placed in BSD office
- Able to lead and develop the team
- Able to communicate with client or others lead departement
