We are leading K-beauty distributor in Indonesia handling more than 15 K-beauty brands including Skin1004, Axis-Y and Anua, BEPLAIN, YNM, IUNIK, KAINE, IM MEME, SEASEE

Role Description:

E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will manage and optimize daily operations, including product listings, order processing, and customer support, ensuring efficiency and success on our online platform. This role requires a strong knowledge of e-commerce, logistics, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Campaign Development: Create marketing campaigns with partners and ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to align goals, identify growth opportunities, and offer relevant products/services.

• Product Management: Update product listings, descriptions.

• Procurement: Calculate sales trend and create Purchase Order as per sales trend.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to execute strategies and communicate client needs.

• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for better results.

Mut Have:

• Relevant experience, as E-Commerce Operation or Key Account for at least 1-2 years in a relevant industry.

• Familiarity with popular E-Commerce platforms and understanding online retail trends.

• A deep understanding of E-Commerce platform algorithms, features, and trends, with strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.

• Skill software; Microsoft Word (Excel and Word), E-Commerce Marketplace Dashboard (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, etc).

Good to have

- Bachelor's Degree (S1) (Graduate from Management, Business, Communication, Marketing, or related fields).

- Experience in Beauty Industry

- Fluent in English (Verbal, Written)

• Work Location: 2 mins walk from Cipete MRT station

• Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:30 Mon – Fri
