Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations across ecommerce and marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other ecommerce channels
• Optimize product listings, including product descriptions, pricing, stock availability, and visual assets
• Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns to improve traffic, conversion, and sales performance
• Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and campaign effectiveness to generate actionable insights
• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, design, warehouse, and customer service to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize store performance through marketplace ads, flash sales, vouchers, bundling strategies, and other promotional features
• Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations based on ecommerce performance data
• Maintain excellent store ratings, response rates, and customer satisfaction
• Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution of order and customer-related concerns
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Management, or related fields
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Ecommerce Specialist, Marketplace Specialist, or similar role
• Strong understanding of ecommerce and marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.
• Experienced in managing marketplace campaigns, promotional tools, and ecommerce ads
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Up-to-date with ecommerce trends, digital marketing, and marketplace best practices
