About the role
We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to join our innovative team at PT GUANGWEI INDONESIA' in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta, Jakarta. As an eCommerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our online sales channels, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of our eCommerce presence, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition in the dynamic Marketing & Communications industry.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective eCommerce strategies to boost online sales and customer engagement
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Analyze platform analytics, consumer behavior, and performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute compelling digital marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the eCommerce and digital marketing space
- Continuously optimize and refine our eCommerce processes to enhance user experience and drive conversions
- Manage live streaming sessions to engage customers and increase sales.
- Optimize ads campaigns to maximize return on investment.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of online consumer behavior, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital advertising techniques
- Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms, website analytics tools, and digital marketing software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
- Creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative, user-friendly eCommerce experiences
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the Marketing & Communications industry and the Digital & Search Marketing sub-sector
