Job Description
- Manage daily end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplace platforms, especially TikTok Shop and other e-commerce channels.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve sales, traffic, and conversion targets.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, SEO keywords, store visibility, and content quality.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as GMV, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and ROAS to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies including product assortment, promotions, and campaign planning.
- Collaborate with Creative, Performance Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare performance reports, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.
- Leverage e-commerce marketing knowledge including SEO, keyword optimization, and campaign strategies to improve store performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or TikTok Shop operations, preferably from beauty/skincare brands with strong specialization in TikTok Shop
- Proven experience managing and growing TikTok Shop stores with revenue above IDR 5 billion/month
- Strong understanding of end-to-end e-commerce business operations, including campaign management, sales strategy, and store optimization
- Experienced in handling major marketplace campaigns and promotional activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making ability
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce dashboards, sales reporting, and performance analysis
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing ecosystem
- Willing to Work From Office in BSD
