About the role
As the Ecommerce Specialist at PT Maju Express Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing strategy and online sales initiatives. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, where you will contribute to the overall growth and success of the company's e-commerce operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms, ie. Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, etc.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales
- Analyse website and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling content and product listings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Continuously test and optimise the user experience to enhance customer satisfaction and conversion rates
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to the management team
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Bisnis Digital or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Have experience in Telecommunication Industry / Accessories HP is an added value
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong understanding of online consumer behaviour, search engine optimisation (SEO), and social media marketing
- Proficient in using e-commerce and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
