Requirements :
- Min. 1 years experience and skills in handling ecommerce platform (Shopee, Tiktok and Lazada, etc.)
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major. (Business, marketing, communication, or a related field are preferred).
- Have experiences in Beauty/Personal Care Brand is more preferred.
- Strong on how to running and develop Tiktok Live Streaming
- Familiar with ecommerce tools and platform functions, and have the ability to manage, operate online stores independently.
- Familiar and be able to handling marketplace ADS (Tokopedia Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, TikTok Ads etc.).
- Have good product management and data analysis skills : be able to understand sales data and trends, and make appropriate adjustments and optimizations according to market needs.
- Have innovative, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and be able to propose and implement strategies and measures to improve e-commerce operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners.
Job Description :
- Manage and maintain the company's online store on the ecommerce platform, including store configuration, page design, product display and content updates.
- Handle 2 Brand : BIZARRE & NAPOLEON
- Analyze ecommerce platform data and sales trends, and provide data reports and insights to guide business decisions and optimize ecommerce operations strategies.
- Develop and oversee detailed campaign schedules, including Flash Sales and Double Date Campaigns.
- Responsible for product listing, price adjustment, inventory management and sales Data Analysis to achieve the best product display and sales performance.
- Develop and execute ecommerce promotional plans : including formulating promotional strategies, participating in event collaborations, and managing advertising to increase brand exposure and sales.
- Tracks the order processing process to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery, and coordinates and communicates with logistics providers to provide superior Client Server and satisfaction.
