Join our growing fashion e-commerce team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional online shopping experience. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Shopify E-Commerce & Online Store Manager who is passionate about e-commerce, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to helping our brand continue to grow.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the Shopify online store.
- Upload products, collections, images, and update inventory.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and website content are accurate.
- Process online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with marketing, production, and warehouse teams.
- Support promotional campaigns and optimize website performance.
Requirements :
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Minimum 2–3 years of Shopify experience.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify store management and inventory control.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Shopify Apps, SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
- Basic photo editing skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
