Deskripsi pekerjaan Ecommerce Sales Manager INDO SHOP HUB

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Ecommerce Sales Manager to spearhead our e-commerce growth. In this role, you will not only manage our presence on major platforms but also serve as the Leader for the Sales Team, treating your department as an independent profit center.

Job Description

  • Platform Operations: Oversee the end-to-end operations for all E-commerce shops, mainly TikTok Shop and Shopee, including product listings, inventory management, and campaign execution (Flash Sales, Mega Days, etc.).
  • Team Leadership: Act as the "Mini-CEO" of the Sales Team. You will be responsible for your team's P&L (Profit and Loss), optimizing internal accounting, and maximizing the profit of your team.
  • Livestream & Content Strategy: Drive the TikTok Shop strategy by coordinating with hosts and content creators to increase traffic and conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor shop health metrics and sales data to adjust pricing strategies and marketing spend (ADS) effectively.
  • Team Management: Mentor and lead a team of specialists, fostering a culture of high accountability and transparency inherent in Amoeba Management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce management, specifically with a proven track record on TikTok Shop and Shopee Indonesia.
  • Strategic Mindset: Deep understanding of platform algorithms, SEO, and advertising tools (TikTok Ads Manager & Shopee Marketing Centre).
  • Leadership: Prior experience in team management is required. Familiarity with Amoeba Management or a strong desire to work in a performance-based, transparent accounting environment is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data and sales reports to drive profitability.
  • Language: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary and Bonus

  • Base Salary: [IDR 7,000,000 – 10,000,000] per month (commensurate with experience).
  • Amoeba Profit Sharing: As the Leader in Amoeba management model, you will receive a significant performance bonus based on the net profit generated by the team you lead.
  • Other Incentives: Additional bonuses tied to specific targets set for the team or individual.
