Job description for eCommerce Operations Intern at Teamlink Marketing Pte Ltd
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage e-Commerce stores on various platforms.
- Manage order fulfilment, order picking & packing, tracking of inventory.
- Manage customer online enquiries, respond to customer's queries.
- Assist with placements of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints.
- Work closely with the warehouse and operations team.
- Monitor and consolidate customer reviews.
- Analysis of sales events and campaigns.
- Gather information about campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Basic knowledge of logistic management
- Strong problem-solver and creative thinker
- Good project management skills
- Meticulous, attention to detail
- Highly motivated and self-driven player
Learning Outcomes and Objectives
- To be exposed to order & fulfilment processes and management.
- To be exposed to online retailing platforms and processes.
- To be able to learn all aspects of eCommerce management, including logistics, warehouse inventory and customer service.
- To be able to improve communication and customer service skills.
- To be able to learn how to gather important data and perform analysis for products selection and promotional activities.
