Job description for Ecommerce Operations Strategist at BloomBack Pte Ltd
- Work closely with Management to set the overall operations direction and strategy for the e-Commerce business.
- Be involved in day-to-day operational matters of the organization including inventory and logistics management
- Planning and executing SOPs
- Establishing efficient procedures and practices in operations
- Responsible to source, negotiate and procure materials from both local and oversea vendors.
- Scaling operations through leading the implementation of new internal systems and structure, launch of new product lines, improvement of existing products.
- Track and report key functional operations and procurement metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Address operational issues and concerns
- Oversee operational costs and risks (Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies)
- Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities.
- Handle other ad-hoc projects whenever necessary
- Must be Singaporean or PR
- Must have extensive knowledge of online retail marketing, procedures and processes of E-Commerce business.
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience in operations/supply chain
- Able to work independently in fast paced environment
- Good Communications Skill
- Never say die attitude
- Good relationship management skills. Ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to speak and type in Mandarin as some of our vendors/employees are only conversant in Mandarin
- Excellent and prompt communication skills and teamwork

- Highly adaptable in fast paced environments, must be able to think and act quickly with changing demands.
