Responsibilities
1. Platform Operation & Sales Growth
Oversee end-to-end operations of TikTokShop, Shopee and other Channel. Driving traffic acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and GMV growth.
2. Formulate and execute aggressive promotional campaigns for each platform mega-campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, TikTok Friday/Payday).
3. Work with Content Division for content calendars, Live Supervisor for livestream strategies (especially for TikTok), KOL Supervisor for KOL strategies and Collaboration also oversee overall store performance, appearance and catalog.
4. Maintain strong relationships with account managers each e-commerce platforms.
5. Collaborate closely with Management on planning and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, optimize stock turns, and prevent out-of-stock scenarios.
6. Provide data-driven insights on consumer trends to bridge assortment gaps and support local pricing and bundling strategies.
7. Develop and implement long-term e-commerce strategies, annual budgets, and ROI-driven marketing spend plans.
8. Deliver comprehensive daily/weekly/monthly analysis and reporting on e-commerce sales metric and all operation metric
Key Requirements
1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-commerce operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in Skincare and Beauty Categories.
2. Platform Expertise: Proven track record of managing Shopee Mall and TikTok Shop (including livestreaming and affiliate ecosystem) in Indonesia.
3. Language: Fluency in Mandarin is a huge plus.
4. Skills: Strong data analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to work under high pressure to meet sales targets.
