JD – Ecommerce Executive (Mẹ & Bé)

1. Mô tả công việc

Vận hành sàn thương mại điện tử

Quản lý và vận hành các gian hàng của brand trên Shopee và TikTok Shop.

Theo dõi và chăm sóc khách hàng, phối hợp với NCC FFM để đảm bảo các chỉ số vận hành (ODR, Chat, Delivery, Rating…) luôn đạt chuẩn sàn.

Đảm bảo gian hàng hoạt động đúng quy định, không vi phạm chính sách của sàn.

Thực thi chiến lược kinh doanh

Triển khai các kế hoạch bán hàng và chiến lược được giao từ Ecommerce Lead.

Theo dõi doanh số theo ngày/tuần/tháng và tối ưu hiệu quả bán hàng.

Marketing & Push Sale

Triển khai các dự án Marketing thúc đẩy doanh số trên sàn: flash sale, mega campaign, deal ngành hàng mẹ bé.

Tham gia triển khai các dự án như Affiliates, Livestream in-house, chương trình push sale của sàn.

Làm việc với TikTok Shop, MCN, Agency để book phiên livestream, phiên add-in và mega live.

Quảng cáo & Khuyến mãi

Hỗ trợ Agency trong việc set up và tối ưu TikTok Ads / Shopee Ads.

Đề xuất chương trình khuyến mãi, combo giá, chiến lược quà tặng.

Làm việc với nhà cung cấp để sourcing quà tặng phù hợp ngành Mẹ & Bé.

Phối hợp nội bộ & Báo cáo

Làm việc chặt chẽ với team Marketing, Supply Chain, và các đầu mối liên quan để đảm bảo đủ hàng và triển khai chiến dịch hiệu quả.

Báo cáo hiệu quả hoạt động và đề xuất giải pháp cải thiện doanh số.

2. Yêu cầu công việc

Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành sàn TMĐT, ưu tiên Shopee và TikTok Shop.

Có khả năng networking tốt với KOL/KOC, MCN, Agency.

Năng động, chăm chỉ, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và ham học hỏi.

Yêu thích sáng tạo, thích nghi nhanh trong môi trường thay đổi liên tục.

Hiểu rõ cơ chế các sàn, quy định ngành hàng, thuật toán và các loại chiến dịch.

Có kinh nghiệm Marketing hoặc từng làm tại Ecommerce Enabler là lợi thế lớn.

3. Quyền lợi

Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 – Thứ 6, 9:00 – 18:00 (nghỉ Thứ 7 & Chủ Nhật).
