Are you passionate about ecommerce, customer experience, and growing international fashion brands?
We're looking for an Ecommerce & Customer Experience Manager to lead the customer-facing side of our online business—from customer service and order fulfillment to expanding into new marketplaces and international regions.
What You'll Do
* Lead and optimize our customer experience across all online channels.
* Manage our outsourced customer service team and ensure exceptional service standards.
* Oversee warehouse operations and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
* Own the returns process and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
* Launch and grow new ecommerce channels, including marketplaces like Amazon.
* Drive online sales growth through data, strategy, and operational excellence.
* Monitor key business KPIs including sales, fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and returns.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
* 3–5+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Online Operations, or DTC Retail.
* Fashion or apparel industry experience is highly preferred.
* Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other ecommerce platforms.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience managing external agencies or operational partners.
* Excellent English communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
