About This Role
This role involves developing and executing e-commerce growth strategies across various platforms, analyzing performance, and leading cross-functional teams. The manager will also be responsible for establishing operational procedures and reporting on key metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly growth strategies across e-commerce platforms (marketplaces & website)
- Analyze user journey and customer experience to improve conversion and overall performance
- Create sales forecasting and monitor performance to achieve growth targets
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including e-commerce staff, customer service, and live hosts
- Establish and maintain SOPs to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting meetings to review performance
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role
- Proven experience managing brands across multiple marketplaces
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passionate about team development and growth
- Experience in a fast-growing company (plus)
- Background in fashion or beauty industry (plus)
