Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure smooth daily learning routines
- Prepare and maintain a safe, orderly, and beautiful Montessori environment that fosters independence and curiosity.
- Observe, document, and communicate children’s progress clearly, warmly, and consistently with parents
- Craft comprehensive progress reports that are deeply rooted in authentic Montessori philosophy and observation-based assessment

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields (Psychology, English)
- Min 2 years experience in preschool/ early years context
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
