ABOUT PROGRAM & CURRICULUM
At Buumi, our mission is to enhance child development by offering a diverse array of premium play experiences, both digital and physical, crafted by early childhood experts. As part of early childhood expert, our Program & Curriculum team will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and curriculum for early childhood. The role will involve designing engaging activities, monitoring progress, and providing support to ensure the success of the programs. Program & Curriculum team will also collaborate with facilitators and stakeholders to create a positive and enriching learning environment in early childhood services industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research and initiate to build BUUMI product developmentally appropriate early childhood education programs
- Contribute and support tools, resources, and installation for Early childhood to use and explore during learning and play activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with business partner
- Assist management with the preparation of new BUUMI outlet and reports
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION
- Final year student or recent graduate (preferably in Education, Psychology)
- Passion for early childhood play and creativity
- Good observation and communication skills
- Available for min. 3 months internship
- Comfortable working around children and in dynamic environments
