Global Prestasi School is seeking a passionate and committed Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to join our Early Years team in Bekasi. If you have a heart for early learning and a strong understanding of child development—especially through the Montessori Method—we would love to hear from you.
Position Details
Position Type: Full-Time
Class Level: Nursery to Kindergarten (Ages 2–5)
Responsibilities
- Teach and nurture young children aged 2–5 using engaging, age-appropriate, and child-centered approaches.
- Design and implement lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles and early childhood education standards.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence.
- Observe and document children’s development, provide meaningful feedback to parents, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate closely with fellow teachers to ensure cohesive and consistent learning experiences.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Montessori approach is preferred.
- Fluent and confident in teaching using English.
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and dedication to nurturing the whole child.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Willing to be placed in Bekasi.
