THE ROLE
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will lead engaging Shichida classes for young children and their parents, creating an environment where learning feels joyful, purposeful, and personal.
You will:
• Lead structured, interactive classes using the Shichida Method
• Create a warm, energetic, and engaging classroom experience
• Build strong relationships with children and parents
• Prepare lesson materials and maintain classroom readiness
• Observe and support each child’s learning and development
• Participate in professional training, coaching, and continuous development

You should be:
• Fluent and confident in English
• Naturally warm, patient, cheerful, and engaging
• Comfortable interacting with young children
• Confident communicating with parents
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Creative and expressive
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable leading a room with energy and confidence
WHO CAN APPLY?
• Bachelor’s degree from any academic background
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• LPDP graduates are very welcome
• No Early Childhood Education degree required
• Previous teaching experience is not mandatory
Experience with children, education, psychology, communication, performing arts, or other people-facing roles is a plus, but not a requirement.
FULLY SPONSORED PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
You don’t need to know how to teach the Shichida Method yet.
Selected candidates will receive fully sponsored professional teacher training, designed to equip you with the methodology, practical teaching skills, and confidence required before leading classes independently.
We invest in our educators because exceptional teaching is something we build deliberately.
