Conduct internal audit for food safety system & GMP
Conduct Preparation for external audit
Communicate the internal audit schedule to related department and make reports on the result of internal audit and their supporting documents
Conduct traceability simulation and document controller task
Conduct laboratorium analysis and callibration program
Conduct monitoring pest control activities
Create PR for QAC department
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Food Tecnology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably staff specialized in quality control/assurance or regulatory inventory
Experienced as a document control center
Experienced in conducting Halal registration to BPJH, Cerol and MD registration to BPOM
Have experience & knowledge about HACCP, FSSC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000
Willing to be placed in Kawasan Modern Cikande-Serang
