We are teaming up with Swisscontact to bring interactive, purpose-driven learning experiences to life and we need your creative eye behind the screen and behind the lens.
We are looking for an E-Learning and Multimedia Specialist to support the development and management of engaging digital learning content. In this role, you will work across video production, LMS content management, design, and system support to help create an effective and interactive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video & Motion: Create graphics/bumpers and edit learning videos until ready for release.
- Trainer Handling: Assist and direct trainers during the video recording process.
- LMS Content Management: Upload and manage learning materials and assets in the LMS.
- UI/UX & System Support: Collaborate with the IT team to design an interactive LMS UI/UX.
- Design Guideline: Determine color palettes and typography for master slides.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Min. 2 years
- Video Editing: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or similar software.
- Graphic & UI Design: Proficient in Figma (high priority), Canva, or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, with a strong sense of design.
- Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills to direct trainers effectively.
- LMS & Admin: Detail-oriented and organized in managing documents and uploading materials to the LMS.
- Bonus Points: Portfolio in E-Learning / Online Course design.
