Job Description:
- Run marketplace & webstore operations daily.
- Manage listings, stock, pricing & promos.
- Handle new-SKU merchandising across channels.
- Process billing, withdrawals & settlement.
- Resolve returns, refunds & exchanges.
- Track GMV & report daily / monthly.
- Work closely with an eCommerce Enabler partner.
Qualification:
2+ years in eCommerce / marketplace ops.
- Experienced with Seller Center tools.
- Familiar with enablers (Sirclo a plus).
- Accurate stock & pricelist management.
- Knows billing, settlement & tax basics.
- Strong in Excel / Sheets for analysis.
- Detail-oriented & great at coordination.
