Key responsibilities include overseeing order management, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, coordinating with internal teams to maintain product listings, managing social media content for TikTok, and supporting customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, implementing marketing campaigns, and maintaining accurate records using office software tools. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results.

We are looking for candidates who have a Bachelor's Degree and between 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field. Strong skills in customer service, digital marketing, order management, teamwork, and store operations are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office is required, as well as experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads.
