E-commerce Specialist
Requirements :
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop and Shopee, including daily store operations and campaign activities.
- Understanding of e-commerce performance metrics such as GMV, orders, traffic, CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS/ROI, cancellation, and refund rates.
- Able to analyze store performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, sales, and profitability.
- Experience in FMCG, mother & baby, beauty, personal care, food, healthcare, or other consumer product categories is preferred.
- Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate, GMV Max, livestream operations, or Shopee Ads is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and common formulas.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with content, creators, customer service, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams.
- Comfortable communicating in English in a professional work environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work fully WFO at PIK 1, Rukan Cordoba, Jakarta.
- Willing to support flexible working hours during major e-commerce campaigns when needed.

We are looking for a hands-on and data-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow IPEELU’s online business across TikTok Shop and Shopee. You will be responsible for daily store operations, campaign execution, product assortment, performance analysis, and working closely with our content and creator teams to drive sales and build IPEELU’s e-commerce presence.
