Jobdesc:
1. Manage online stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop for the Indonesian market. Handle product uploads, product descriptions, photos, prices, and stock updates.
2. Manage promotions and campaigns on each platform. Check daily store performance, including visitors, product clicks, and sales.
3. Handle customer orders and service, including customer questions, complaints, disputes, and reviews. Maintain good store ratings and follow platform rules.
4. Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure orders are processed on time and stock is available. Monitor competitors' prices and promotions to help improve sales.
5. Using English for daily communication
