Job Description :

Daily maintenance and customer service Ripple online store group (TikTok/Tokopedia/Shopee/Lazada/Akulaku)
Complete the new product link on E-commerce Platform,upload product information, editing product pictures&descriptions, etc
Operation of daily platfrom events & campaigns
Keyword setting and purchase,basic Ads setting
Complete customer service work
Contact with warehouse about daily delivery processing
Periodic store summary review
Regular market analysis, review competitive products
Collaborate with various departments within the company
Generate and present weekly and monthly store performance reports to Team Leader
