Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth daily execution across all platforms.
- Act as the main point of contact with platform representatives (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia) to negotiate deals, resolve issues, and drive performance.
- Monitor store performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product listings, campaign planning, and content updates.
- Manage inventory accuracy, returns, and refund processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide strategic suggestions and insights to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Support the Account Manager or Management Team in developing platform strategies and partnerships.
- Handle unexpected issues with professionalism and make independent decisions when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or account handling, preferably with exposure to major platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia).
- Strong understanding of marketplace mechanics, campaigns, and algorithm updates.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills — able to coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, fast-paced, and solution-oriented personality; able to work independently and take ownership.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce management tools, analytics dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
