EYESIGHT is a beauty retailer specializing in curated contact lenses. We’re looking for an E-commerce Specialist who combines commercial thinking, data analysis, and hands-on execution to grow sales across our online sales channels.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies across marketplaces, our website, and social commerce channels to achieve revenue targets while maintaining healthy margins.
- Manage daily e-commerce performance, identifying opportunities to improve traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchases.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales, including product selection, pricing, vouchers, and bundles.
- Optimize product listings, storefronts, website merchandising, and the online shopping experience to increase conversion.
- Work with advertising partners to align budgets, product priorities, and campaign performance with sales goals.
- Coordinate with the creative, social media, and live commerce teams to turn marketing activities into sales.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate campaign stock requirements with the operations team.
- Identify and evaluate new platforms, partnerships, and online sales opportunities to expand EYESIGHT’s reach.
- Analyze channel performance, customer behavior, competitors, and promotional effectiveness to recommend growth initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, priorities, and action plans.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or online retail, with direct responsibility for sales performance.
- Experience managing multiple online sales channels, such as marketplaces, brand websites, or social commerce platforms.
- A track record of improving online sales, conversion rates, or advertising efficiency, supported by concrete examples.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good commercial judgment, with an understanding of pricing, platform fees, promotional costs, and profit margins.
- An understanding of traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer retention.
- Familiarity with digital advertising, live commerce, and affiliate programs.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership—from identifying opportunities to executing and reviewing results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or contact lenses is a plus.
