Heart Troops is a growing modest fashion brand dedicated to creating thoughtfully crafted pieces based in Jakarta.
We are looking for a curious, data-driven, and growth-oriented E-commerce Specialist to help accelerate our online business across marketplaces and e-commerce channels. As the first dedicated E-commerce Specialist in the company, you will have the opportunity to learn, experiment, and contribute directly to the development of our e-commerce strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution and continuous improvement of e-commerce strategies across marketplaces and online sales channels.
- Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and other key e-commerce metrics.
- Analyze marketplace and website data to identify growth opportunities, sales trends, and areas for optimization.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Manage product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and campaign execution across e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, customer service, and other related teams to ensure smooth e-commerce execution.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Support the planning and execution of marketplace campaigns, seasonal promotions, and sales-driving initiatives.
- Help develop and improve e-commerce processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on platform features, algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in similar role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience in e-commerce are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with operations & strategic of major marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.
- Comfortable working with data and numbers; able to interpret metrics and translate findings into actions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial mindset with a strong interest in driving sales and business growth.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn new things independently.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a evolving SME environment.
