Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience as an Account/E-commerce Specialist in a creative or agency, preferably handling beauty or skincare brands.
- Strong understanding of beauty industry trends and digital platforms (Tiktok)
- Managing daily store operations on Tiktok, as well as planning and running various campaigns—including daily flash sales—to boost traffic and conversions.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors to ensure brand competitiveness in terms of pricing, product listings, and overall market interest.
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with both external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and project management tools.
