Deskripsi pekerjaan E Commerce Specialist PT Aset Mitra Abadi (GeekPlaner)
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily end-to-end operations of official stores on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada
- Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns, mega campaigns, flash sales, and platform promotions to achieve monthly targets
- Optimize product listings with high-quality visuals, strong descriptions, and relevant keywords (beauty & personal care category)
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock accuracy and timely order fulfillment
- Plan and manage live streaming activities on TikTok Live and Shopee Live, including performance tracking
- Analyze key metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rate, ROAS) and provide actionable insights for growth
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, or Lazada)
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, campaign tools, and advertising systems
- Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Mom & Baby, or FMCG industries is required
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
