Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Store Operations & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end setup, maintenance, and daily operations of our Shopee E-commerce platform to ensure an optimized and seamless shopping experience.
- Campaign & Pricing Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketplace promotional campaigns, including strategic SKU allocation, pricing strategies, and inventory forecasting.
- Platform & Brand Partnership: Act as the main point of contact to build and maintain strong relationships with Account Managers (AM), Relationship Managers (RM) from various platforms, and external brand partners to secure exclusive campaign slots.
- Live Streaming & Creator Initiatives: Oversee and drive official brand live-streaming sessions and creator/KOL campaign executions to maximize engagement, reach, and sales conversions.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance and marketplace metrics to deliver data-backed strategic improvements.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus and proven track record on Shopee.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce campaign mechanics, marketplace algorithms, pricing strategies, and SKU management.
- Solid experience in handling live-streaming setups, managing hosts, or executing collaborative campaigns with creators and KOLs.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with platform AMs/RMs and brand partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw campaign data into actionable insights and growth strategies.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
