We're looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team! If you're passionate about e-commerce, marketplace growth, and campaign execution, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Blibli.
- Maintain product listings by ensuring pricing, stock, product information, and visual merchandising are accurate and up to date.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketplace campaigns, including Flash Sale, Payday, Double Date, Harbolnas, Mega Campaigns, and other promotional activities.
- Monitor store performance and prepare daily sales reports and performance insights using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and store performance.
- Collaborate with the Affiliate team to support promotional setups, campaign launches, and traffic-driving initiatives.
- Support live commerce operations, including assisting with technical setup and ensuring smooth live sessions.
- Gather advertising assets from internal teams and KOLs, while handling simple design adjustments such as resizing and minor edits when needed.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for store optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketplace operations or e-commerce, preferably within a beauty, personal care, FMCG, or consumer goods company.
- Hands-on experience managing Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and/or Blibli Seller Center.
- Familiar with marketplace promotional features, campaign mechanics, and seller tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Photoshop for basic design adjustments is a plus.
- Experience with live commerce, affiliate marketing, or omnichannel/e-commerce management tools is an advantage.
