Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain product listings (pictures, descriptions, pricing, and stock) across marketplace platforms
- Select and curate the best product pictures for online display
- Ensure all product images follow brand guidelines and visual standards
- Improve product visual presentation to enhance customer experience and conversion rate
- Maintain image quality and consistency across all marketplace platforms
- Monitor product performance such as views, clicks, and conversion rates
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and categories to improve search visibility
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for updated product visuals and campaign materials
- Ensure product information is accurate and updated (price, stock, promo, bundle, etc.)
- Support marketplace campaigns by preparing product listings, banners, and promotional setups
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors degree (S1), preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Familiar with marketplace dashboards and seller centers (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace store management, or product listing management
- Strong attention to detail, especially in product pictures and visual presentation
- Able to read and understand sales/performance data
- Organized and able to manage multiple product uploads and product updates
- Basic understanding of product optimization (SEO, keywords, and marketplace search ranking)
- Familiar with basic image editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) is a plus
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic English skills (reading and writing)
