Deskripsi pekerjaan E-commerce Specialist (Remote) Pds Singapore
- Identify ways to capture new customers to shore up the online sales numbers through channel and product expansion. Research key markets across South-East Asia to identify possible prospects and opportunities for the safety business.
- Work with the marketing team to implement a coherent digital content strategy through our e-commerce platforms that will help us to attract and retain new customers.
- Actively evaluate and improve on the effectiveness of processes, operations and campaigns through data driven strategy and KPI focused analysis.
- Responsible for established e-commerce sales and profitability through merchandising (product and category selection), price plan and e-commerce processes.
- E-Commerce Channel Management:
- 1. Maintain inventory and product listings,
- 2. Update promotional campaigns,
- 3. Ensure orders, delivery fulfilment, payments and refunds are smoothly executed by Customer Service, Warehouse and Finance Team
- 4. Respond to customer enquiries across all ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Qoo10).
- 5. Work with teams internally (Product Managers, Customer Service, Warehouse, 3P Logistics) to design and improve operations processes.
- Provide monthly report & insights on e-commerce platforms that evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Monitor and measure order performance, order fulfilment, sales, and profitability of e-commerce products vs. budgeted goals and objective; identify opportunities for improvement and growth to ensure performance is at or above budget levels.
- You love numbers and customer interaction, and you’re great at uncovering customer insights, goals and challenges.
- You are highly organised, and able to manage and prioritise your workload and tasks to achieve your goals and KPI’s.
- You possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Adept at simplifying safety concepts, and telling engaging stories through creative content. Articulate and convince how certain features and solutions can lead to positive business impact to the end-user.
- You enjoy E-commerce marketing and have performed this role effectively in the past with success.
- You understand the importance of confidentiality, and adhere to the highest ethical standards at all times.

- Familiar with B2C E-commerce platforms: Lazada, Shopee, Amazon Seller Centre
- Degree or Diploma holder with specialization in Marketing / Business.
- 2-3 years of working experience required.
