Fully responsible for marketplace store operations and management : campaign submission, uploading SKU and promotion, uploading store deco, replying chats
Manage and monitoring online store’s stock.
Set-up and optimise additional online sales channels.
Optimize the usage of online platform marketing tools.
Create livestream strategy, sales report, and data analysis.
Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research and anticipate changes in Customer demand patterns.
Monitor online customer feedback and act as liaison with customer to work with or resolve customer or product situations.
Manage operational online store including but not limited to Create and maintain strore content and ensure all content is up to date and add products to store categories.
Act as liason officer to communicate all onlines stores program and needs with third party market place Coordinate with other department, Customer service and Warehouse for better result.
Minimum 1 year experience as store ops/management (Tokopedia, Lazada, Shopee, Blibli, dll)
Proactive, practical and obedient.
High sense of integrity and commitment.
Willing to be placed at Cempaka Putih (WFO)
Good communication, coordination, analysis and expression skills.
Min. Diploma III or above, major is not specified; passionate in e-commerce, live streaming strategy or Internet industry development.
