E-Commerce Sales
Job descriptions:
- Manage and optimize the company's online stores across marketplaces and the website, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and product content.
- Execute digital sales activities by managing promotions, processing customer orders, and providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor e-commerce performance, market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
- Analyze sales and promotional performance and provide recommendations to optimize e-commerce strategies and improve overall business performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or online sales.
- Familiar with marketplace platforms such as Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Blibli
- Strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills.
