Qualifications
- Minimum SMA/SMK, D3/S1 in any major preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Live Streaming, Customer Service, Marketplace Operations, or E-Commerce.
- Strong communication and chat handling skills.
- Comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, and persuasive customer engagement.
- Familiar with complaint handling and problem solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
- Customer-centric, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate live streaming schedules, host assignments, and session readiness.
- Respond to customer chats across marketplace and WhatsApp Business within SLA.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and promo information.
- Log, handle, and follow up on customer complaints until resolved.
- Track and report live streaming performance (viewer, engagement, GMV, conversion).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve live commerce results.
