Product Lifecycle Management: Regularly analyze data on product profitability, sell-through rate, and inventory turnover. Manage products by category—core items, high-margin items, and clearance items—and develop targeted operational strategies. Track industry trends and competitor movements to provide data support for product iteration or phase-out decisions.
Product Selection and Strategy Optimization: Collaborate with business departments to organize product selection meetings, compiling market research, user feedback, and sales forecasts for new products. Based on market demand and inventory status, dynamically adjust product pricing, promotional plans, and bundling strategies to achieve sales and profit targets for the product line.
Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and customer service teams to align on product strategy updates and ensure efficient supply chain collaboration. Assist in preparing product information and selling point copywriting to support marketing promotions and livestream product selections.
Mandatory Criteria:
Indonesian nationality, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, bachelor’s degree or above, aged 25–45, gender not specified. Must have over 2 years of experience in e-commerce product operations. The resume must showcase practical cases in product category management, pricing strategy, or product selection.
Core Competencies:
Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills; proficient in Excel or other data analysis tools. Familiar with product operation rules in the Indonesian e-commerce market (such as Lazada, Shopee). Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to drive cross-departmental collaboration, highly resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
