About the Role
We are looking for an E-commerce Performance Specialist to analyze e-commerce performance, drive data-driven sales growth, and manage day-to-day operations across our marketplace channels (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
What You'll Do
- Analyze e-commerce performance (traffic, conversion, best sellers & slow movers) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics, including store ratings and service level
- Manage marketplace operations including campaigns, promotions, and product listings (title, description, pricing, stock)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience managing marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, and/or TikTok Shop)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Familiar with marketplace metrics and performance analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Nice to Have
Experience with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or website management is a plus.
