About KoleBox
KoleBox is a technology-driven platform for trading cards and collectibles, connecting physical collectibles with digital experiences. We are building an integrated platform in Indonesia around digital pack opening backed by real inventory, card commerce, collection management, trading, grading submissions and physical delivery. Our vision is to build digital infrastructure for Southeast Asia’s collectibles market. We are growing our Jakarta team, starting with card e-commerce, grading services and local partnerships as we develop the KoleBox App.
About the role
Take ownership of day-to-day marketplace operations and sales growth. Hands-on Shopee experience is essential; you will also help develop TikTok Shop and creator/affiliate partnerships. This is an execution-focused role with room to grow alongside an early-stage technology business.
What you will do
• Manage Shopee listings, keywords, product pages, SKUs, pricing, stock and promotions; support TikTok Shop and Tokopedia as needed.
• Handle orders and after-sales operations, working with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure accurate, timely fulfilment.
• Run and optimise marketplace advertising, including Shopee Ads, and monitor traffic, conversion and ROAS.
• Develop TikTok Shop affiliate and creator partnerships, including outreach, samples, commissions, product links and performance tracking.
• Maintain product and inventory data; follow new releases, editions, market prices and competitors in cards and collectibles.
• Analyse GMV, orders, average order value, conversion and affiliate performance to improve sales and inventory decisions.
What we are looking for
• Hands-on Shopee Seller Center experience, including listings, campaigns, orders and basic reporting.
• Familiarity with Shopee Ads or other marketplace advertising and basic ROAS analysis.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English or Mandarin for communication with our international team.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets; organised, reliable and able to follow through independently.
• Available for full-time, office-based work in Jakarta.
Nice to have
Experience with TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, affiliate programmes, creator partnerships, livestream commerce, or trading cards, toys and collectibles. TCG knowledge is helpful but not essential. Video filming, editing, appearing on camera and livestream hosting are not required.
