Job description
- Responsible for planning and operation of overall online business in the assigned market, accountable for final performance.
- Manages overall planning, marketing, promotion, and daily operations of online stores, and plans, promotes, and manages daily operations of online live broadcast business.
- Coordinates team and internal resources, enhances work efficiency and capabilities, formulates team work norms, and conducts effective team performance management and capacity training.
- External coordination with relevant third parties, obtains resources, plans promotional activities, executes and cooperates with official marketing activities.
- Collects market and industry information, product analysis, provides basis for company's customized online sales products, monitors and analyzes relevant data regularly, tracks and evaluates promotion effects, proposes timely marketing improvement measures, and provides practical improvement plans.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, and over 3 years of team management experience and skills.
- Familiar with LAZADA SHOPEE e-commerce operations and Southeast Asian live broadcasting business, with successful experience in 0-1 e-commerce and live broadcasting.
- Clear thinking on explosive products and brand operations.
- Good team management, logical analysis, organizational coordination, and self-driven abilities.
- Strong adaptability, emotional control, and ability to adapt to overseas work.
