Job Description:
- Manage daily E-commerce operations (Website and Apps).
- Oversee smooth order fulfillment by coordinating with warehouse and demand planning teams to ensure fast, accurate, and satisfactory delivery.
- Ensure excellent customer service by following up on feedback and coordinating with the Customer Service team.
- Manage digital content, including uploading photos, banners, and promotional materials.
- Create accurate and engaging product names and descriptions.
- Manage product listings, promotions, pricing, and inventory on the E-commerce platform.
- Monitor website & apps performance to ensure seamless user experience.
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaign execution and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular operational reports to support business decisions.
Job Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or E-commerce Management.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
- English proficiency is a plus.
